Returns & Exchanges

BOOT BOXES, GAP CAPS, NEAT SEATS AND ACCESSORIES

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date on which you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your returned item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
Your returned item must be in the original packaging or similar to ensure protection of the item during transportation.
Your returned item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. (Please take a copy for your records).

FLOOR, BOOT AND BIN MATS

Please ensure that you double check that the Vehicle Make, Year Model, Mat Edging and Type of Mat you have selected on your order is accurate so that we manufacture the correct mat for you. As all of our mats are custom-made for each individual customer’s precise requirements, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to re-sell that specific mat to another customer, should you make a mistake when ordering. Depending on the Vehicle Make and Year Model, exchanges of incorrectly ordered mats is at the DISCRETION OF BOOXE MANAGEMENT. Please understand that we will consider the popularity of the Vehicle Make as well as the age of the vehicle.

If you have ordered the incorrect mat for your vehicle and we agree to exchange it for the correct one, the cost of the return shipping of your mat, shipping of your new mat to you, as well as any product price difference will be for your account and must be paid prior to processing your new order.

Defective Products

We do our best to ensure that the BOOXE products we deliver to you are of the highest quality, are in good working order and without defects. However human error sometimes comes into play.

What is a defect?

A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product, or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably expect in the circumstances. If a product is deemed defective we will refund the cost of couriering it back to us, provided we have approved the courier.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will NOT entitle you to a return:

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
  • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
  • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Please note that we only refund to the payment method that you originally used – i.e. payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by EFT will be refunded to the same bank account.

Shipping

Should you wish to exchange your purchase for an alternative product and this is agreed to by BOOXE, the shipping costs for returning your item and for shipping the alternative product to you are for your account. We will only process the new product order once the shipping costs have been paid. If you decide you would like to return the product for a refund, the shipping costs are for your account. Shipping costs are non-­refundable unless a product is deemed defective.
