How a kit comes together

Every complete kit is built from the same four decisions. Your fitment centre partner will talk you through them before anything is ordered.

  1. Shocks

    Choose Foam Cell shocks, or 9-stage adjustable shocks if you want to tune the damping yourself. TD-R Pro Series kits use remote reservoir mono-tube shocks.

  2. Spring rate

    Coils and leaf packs come in rates for the weight the vehicle carries every day: bar and winch, drawers, water, a canopy. Some leaf packs add an extra heavy rate.

  3. Geometry

    Upper control arms return the steering and suspension geometry to standard after a lift, which keeps the steering feel right on the lifted vehicle.

  4. Load and towing

    For loads that change, add coil insert or below bags. The Wireless Air System adjusts each bag on the fly from a controller or the app.

What to tell your fitment centre

Setting your vehicle in the bar above narrows the catalogue, but the final spec is confirmed in person. Have these four answers ready and the right kit gets ordered first time.

  • Your vehicle Make, model, year and cab. Single and double cab often take different kits.
  • What is bolted on Bull bar, winch, long-range tank, drawers or a canopy all change the spring rate you need.
  • How you load it Daily weight versus trip weight, and whether you tow. Changing loads point to air assist.
  • How you drive it Mostly tar, regular gravel or proper trails. It decides between Foam Cell and adjustable.
